Offering ten varying positions, this heavy duty BodyIron Heavy Duty weight bench has been designed to meet the requirements of any fitness space, without breaking the bank.

Due to is versatility alone this is a must have piece of fitness equipment. The BodyIron Adjustable Bench MT8 can be incorporated into any strength, cardio or functional training program, and can be used to perform an abundance of exercises such as; incline, flat and military presses, triceps dips, Bulgarian split squats and elevated push ups.

Due to its adjustable back pad, this bench is great for achieving a well-rounded workout.
